Dongnam Institute of Radiological & Medical Sciences (DIRAMS) performs the research for medical use of radiation and provides medical services and radiological emergency response for residents in Southeast Korea.

For the purposes, DIRAMS operates both the R&D center and the hospital. R&D center is focusing on practical studies on radiation medicine to strengthen the translational research for technology-leading radiotherapy. Our hospital acts up to the demands of local communities such as radiation medicine-based cancer treatment, health examination, and attraction of foreign patients.

DIRAMS devotes to developing innovative techniques for cancer diagnosis and treatment on the basis of 50-year-history and achievement of Korean radiation medicine. As a result, DIRAMS has become the best cancer center and the R&D center for radiation medicine in Korea. With the systematic collaboration between medical staff and researchers, we will become a world-class research and medical institute.
