After signing up on the website, enter your exhibitor information and apply for a booth

Submit application for other supplies

Deadline : August 8, 2025 (Friday)
Submit the application form for additional supplies via email.

Down payment

Pay the deposit (50% of the total amount) within 7 days of receiving the invoice
04

Payment of balance and additional fees

Deadline : August 8, 2025 (Friday)
Pay the remaining balance and all additional facility fees in full
05
